Workday

Office Staff: ​Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch

Field Staff: Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM with 30-minute lunch; Rotating on-call schedule Thursday 5:00 PM- Thursday 5:00 PM, $200.00 per week for 1st call, and $100.00 per week for 2nd call, as well as overtime pay as applicable. 

Note: Personnel policy supersedes all above information in all cases. 

Uniforms

Uniforms are provided after 90 days of employment.

Field employees are provided with an annual safety boot allowance of $175.00 after 6 months of employment.

Training

Company paid training and conferences, including travel, meals, accomodations, parking, and mileage expenses.

​Bonuses for obtaining the following licenses from TCEQ while employed at Southwest Milam WSC: 

• "D" license = $500.00
• "C" license = $1,000.00
• "B" license = $1,500.00
• "A" license = $2,000.00

Please include the Information Disclosure along with a copy of both sides (front and back) of your Driver's License and any other applicable licenses with  your Employment Application

Vacation

Vacation days and two personal days are available after one year of employment, and sick days are available after 6 months of employment. 

Insurance 

Employees are eligible for Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance after 90 days of employment, with employee premiums covered at 100% and spouses and/or dependents covered at 50%.

Retirement

Retirement becomes available after three years of employment, with an income percentage-based annual contribution.
